- Discuss with client about moving furniture and accessing cabinets
- Take before photos
- Appliance exteriors cleaned
- Microwave exterior/interior pre-soaked & cleaned
- Tables & chairs cleaned (legs & connectors wiped down)
- Undertable wiped & dusted
- Countertops & backsplash wiped down & disinfected (all items removed & replaced)
- Cabinet fronts cleaned & polished
- Sinks soaked, scrubbed, & disinfected
- Floor vacuumed &/or heavily mopped
- Windowsills & blinds wet wiped & dusted
- Baseboards wiped down, then dusted
- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes, & switch plates
- Trash emptied & disinfected
- Clean wall stains, debris, & excess dirt (depending on condition)
- Beds made
- Lamps wiped down & lampshades dusted
- Picture frames dusted
- Furniture dusted - top, front, & underneath (wipedown if needed)
